This has been a common sight during the trip -- Mark waxing eloquent about the historical or aesthetic significance of something we're seeing. Annie is either paying rapt attention, or zoning out. Hard to say.
We are Cathy, Mark, Annie, Brennan, and Nate (and assorted pets), keeping an account of our life and travels. Cathy is the primary writer, though she hopes she gets some help from the rest of the clan!
